A Comparative Studies with Temasek and Khazanah2025-03-24T15:13:51+00:00Rian Febri Pamungkasriaannnn@gmail.comSholahuddin Al-Fatihsholahuddin.alfath@gmail.com<p>This study investigates the potential success of Danantara, a sovereign wealth fund, by comparing its strategies, governance, and performance to two established investment entities: Temasek of Singapore and Khazanah of Malaysia. The study conducts a comparative analysis of major criteria such as investment diversification, risk management, governance frameworks, and economic impact. Temasek's rapid worldwide expansion and commercial strategy, together with Khazanah's dual role in nation-building and strategic investments, give useful benchmarks for assessing Danantara's trajectory. The study evaluates whether Danantara can replicate or outperform its rivals' success by implementing best practices and overcoming regional economic constraints. The findings show that Danantara's success will be determined by its ability to balance financial returns with national development goals, effective governance, and market adaptability.</p>2025-05-24T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Rian Febri Pamungkas, Sholahuddin Al-Fatihhttps://journal.apsihptm.org/index.php/jhb/article/view/3The Love Myself: Raising Global Awareness for Child Protection Based on UN-CRC and the Child Protection Act2025-03-24T15:05:35+00:00Giestha Dwie Noer Fadhillahgiestha2000024295@webmail.uad.ac.idWita Setyaningrumwita.setyaningrum@law.uad.ac.id<table> <tbody> <tr> <td width="382"> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> </td> <td> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <p><br>The <em>Love Myself</em> campaign, a collaboration between BTS and UNICEF, focuses on raising awareness about the importance of self-love and reducing violence against children and adolescents. This research aims to analyse the impact of the <em>Love Myself</em> campaign on child protection in Indonesia within the framework of Law Number 35 of 2014 on Child Protection and the UN-CRC (United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child). The study employs a normative-empirical method with qualitative analysis to evaluate the campaign’s influence on public perception and actions toward protecting children’s rights. Data were collected through social media questionnaires and an analysis of Law Number 35 of 2014 on Child Protection, alongside the implementation of BTS’s <em>Love Myself</em> campaign. The study results demonstrate that the <em>Love Myself</em> campaign has a positive impact on raising public awareness regarding child protection. The campaign successfully encourages changes in societal attitudes and behaviours toward preventing child abuse. Additionally, it has positively influenced BTS fans by boosting their self-confidence, fostering self-love, and spreading positive messages to others. Overall, the <em>Love Myself</em> campaign has made a significant contribution to child protection efforts in Indonesia. However, collaborative efforts between the government, society, and non-governmental organizations remain essential to achieving the child protection goals mandated by Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection.</p>2025-05-24T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Giestha Dwie Noer Fadhillah, Wita Setyaningrumhttps://journal.apsihptm.org/index.php/jhb/article/view/1Legal Research Trends on Legal Protection in E-Commerce Transactions in Indonesia2025-03-24T12:00:43+00:00Tegar Christianto Bagaskarasribudi@umsida.ac.idSri Budi Purwaningsihsribudi@umsida.ac.idNoor Fatimah Mediawatifatimah@umsida.ac.idMoh. Couriers face risks such as fraud, intimidation, and unpleasant treatment from consumers due to the unclear definition of their rights and obligations, as well as the lack of clear regulations concerning occupational safety. Consumers’ lack of understanding regarding COD procedures also frequently places couriers in difficult situations. Using a quantitative literature review method, research findings indicate that between 2019 and 2024 there has been an inconsistent trend in the number of studies addressing this issue. There remains a need for public education, regulatory updates, and the establishment of clear and effective legal protection mechanisms for couriers.</p>2025-06-12T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Tegar Christianto Bagaskara, Sri Budi Purwaningsih, Noor Fatimah Mediawati, Moh.
