About the Journal

Jurnal Hukum Berkemadjoean known as the JHB is a peer-reviewed Journal of Legal Studies published by Association of Muhammadiyah Higher Education Law Study Program (APSIH-PTM). This journal published biannually (March and September) in the electronic version. JHB aims to provide high-quality researches and academic writings related to law that cover the 17 of Sustainable Development Goals: No Poverty; Zero Hunger; Good Health and Well-Being; Quality Education; Gender Equality; Clean Water and Sanitation; Affordable and Clean Energy; Decent Work and Economic Growth; Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure; Reduced Inequalities; Sustainable Cities and Communities; Responsible Consumption and Production; Climate Action; Life Below Water; Life on Land; Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions; and Partnership for the Goals. Thus, the Editorial Board invites researchers and academicians from all over the world as long as it correlates with the 17 Goals mentioned.

The editors encourage the authors to adhere the journal guidelines and templates provided in Author Information Pack. Additionally, all submissions must be made by Open Journal System (OJS) not by email. The Editorial Board shall not be responsible for views expressed and the language used in every article.
